1. ONLINE SHOPPING
1.1 We make sure that all prices, images and product descriptions that appear on the site are correct. We have made every effort to show as accurately as possible the appearance, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the Website. What you see will depend on the monitor and computer equipment, so we can't guarantee that the product images accurately reflect the actual goods. 2. PROCESS
We ship items Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed the order on Monday, we will ship the order on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive a tracking number when your order is delivered.
2.1. All orders you place on this site will be accepted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2. Your order may not be approved for one or more of the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is not in stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
- We have identified a price or product description error;
- There is a system or purchase error.
2.3. When you place an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation e-mail indicating the product ordered and the payment method used.
3. SHIPMENT TRACKING
3.1. Once your payment is approved, we will process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a courier name and number link to track your shipment. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking information to update. Sometimes tracking information isn't updated, but you'll still receive your order.
3.2. All our shipments have tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received the order, please contact the courier using the tracking numbers listed above to investigate the issue. We cannot be held responsible for shipments whose tracking information indicates that the shipment has been delivered to your order address.
3.3. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he / she enters the delivery address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very short time interval for order cancellation / change or order address change. If you decide to cancel the order or change the delivery address, please write to us at info@upper.lv as soon as you have placed the order. We will do our utmost to make a change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, because there are short deadlines within which we can make it.
4. CANCELLATION OF SHIPMENT
4.1. After placing your order, we will not be able to cancel or change your shipping address, as your order may have already been processed. Please contact us regarding the shipment cancellation.

6.1. We only accept payments in Euro (EUR).
