Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They offer us an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through the Shopify data warehouse, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data security server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will keep your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. When done, the details of the purchase transaction are deleted.
During the processing of all direct payments, the PCI-DSS standards standards, which are administered by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint work of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card information in our online store and its service providers.

_session_id, a unique marker during sessions, allows Shopify to store information about your session (redirector, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data stored, 30 minutes from last visit, used by our site provider's internal statistics tracker to record visits
_shopify_uniq, data is not stored, expires at midnight the next day (relative to the visitor), counts the number of customer visits to one customer.
